Tracey Lynn Hill, 47 HARTLY - Tracey Lynn Hill, of Hartly, died Friday, July 18, 2008, at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover. She was 47. She was born Feb. 22, 1962, in El Reno, Okla., daughter of Ruth Ann Brown Tidwell of Mustang, Okla., and the late Marcus E. House. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Hill IV; five children, J. Clint Hill V, Brandi J. Hill, Nathan L. Hill, Jesse C. Hill and James A. Hill, all of Hartly; a brother, Howard L. House of Yukon, Okla.; and a sister, Kelley J. Speck of New Castle, Okla. Mrs. Hill was a homemaker and caregiver for the elderly working with Helping Hands of Barclay and Debbie's Little Angels Elder Care of Marydel, Md. Before moving to the area she was a secretary for a food brokerage company in Piedmont, Okla. She married her husband, Joe, on Oct. 3, 1989, and moved with him to Hartly. She and Joe started a family which kept her busy as a wife and mother. She volunteered for the 4-H Club, the Pony Club and the Delaware Appaloosa Youth Association. In 2004 she went back to school to earn a registered nursing degree. She enjoyed training and showing horses with her daughter and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Marydel. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, Md. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 522 Main St., Marydel. Burial will be in Templeville Cemetery.
