SEAFORD - Tina Marie Thomas, 54, of Seaford, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at Delaware Hospice, Milford. Born in Seaford, Mrs. Thomas was the daughter of the late Samuel James and Mary Short Moore. Tina was a devoted homemaker and longtime animal lover. For several years, she worked part time at the Seaford Florist. She was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #1728 in Seaford and P.E.T.A. ( People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.) Tina is survived by her husband, Gary E Thomas; one son, Anthony Leonard of Seaford; two daughters, Kristie Raley of Great Falls, Va., and Brea Thomas of East Berlin, Ps.; one sister, Deborah Hall of North Port, Fla.; four grandchildren, Gabrielle Boyle, Nicholas Trunnell, Jake Trunnell, Lilly Rodgers; and a nephew, Blair Hall. Services will be held at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West Street, Laurel, on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011, at 2 p.m. Pastor Billy Nack will officiate. Interment will be private. Contributions can be made to the S.P.C.A. - Sussex Chapter 326 DuPont Highway Georgetown, DE 19947. Online condolences may be sent to the Thomas family by viewing www.hsdfuneralhome.com.
