DOVER - Timothy D. Carper passed away on December 8, 2015 at the age of 39. His parents, LaDonna M. and Richard L. Harper, preceded him in death. He is survived by his sons, Cameron Carper and Caleb Price; brother, Steven W. Carper; former wife, Lisa Carper; and girlfriend, Kristen Barnes. He is further survived by extended family, many friends and fellow veterans. Timothy will be fondly remembered as a loving father, proud veteran of the US Air Force and a compassionate friend. Timothy was a licensed Realtor and was planning to complete his Master's Degree. During his 14 years in the US Air Force, he participated in the honor guard and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Burial with military honors will be 10 a.m., on Monday, December 21, 2015 at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery, 26669 Patriot's Way, Millsboro.
