Thomas passed Wednesday, April 28, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Francks; a sister, Sharon Hood; and a step mom, Shirley Francks.
He is survived by one son, Thomas Delgado; a daughter, Brittany Delgado; and a granddaughter, Ava; two brothers, Paul Jr., David J.; and a sister, Edith Cole; two stepsisters, Jennie and Lynn; two stepbrothers, David and Allen.
Memorial will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 in Kenton, Del. at the Ruritan Club at 249 S. Main St. at 2 p.m.
