Thelma La Rue Kepler, 80

LEWES - Thelma La Rue Kepler, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, in her residence. She was 80. She was born Jan. 11, 1928 in Frederick, Md., to the late Lloyd and Nellie (Stewart) Kepler. Ms. Kepler was a good friend and neighbor to the people in Savannah West Square. She enjoyed the beach and going on trips with the Lewes Senior Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Steven C. Hobbs (2005); a grandson, Jordan Mask (2004); and her sister, Mildred G. Noll. She is survived by two daughters, Anne Marie Ramsden and her husband Jack, of Syracuse, N.Y., and Belle Angela Mask and her husband Paul, of Spokane, Wash.; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Lloyd Kepler, of Catharpin, Va. Burial will be at National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church, Va., at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Meals on Wheels, 32409 Lewes-Georgetown Hwy., Lewes, DE 19958.
