Steven M. 'Steve' Rossell, 52 MILLSBORO - Steven M. "Steve" Rossell, age 52, Passed away on Monday, May 31, 2010, at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. Steve was born on Jan. 11, 1958, in Wilmington. He was the son of William and Judith Rossell of Millsboro, with whom he lived. He was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Rossell and her son Bradley; and a niece, Diane Downward. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Catrina; a brother, William Rossell Jr.; sisters, Anna Roberts, and Judith McKee and her husband Kenneth; and many nieces, and nephews. A graveside service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, June 5, 2010, at the Glebe Cemetery, New Castle. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to your favorite charity.
