Stephen Eric Williams, 60
DOVER, DE - Stephen Eric Williams passed away Monday, February 13, 2023, at home.
He was born January 7, 1963, in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, to the late Ansel Williams and Barbara Stephens.
Mr. Williams served in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Electronics Technician, retiring after 20 years of service as TSgt. He also served on the Honor Guard during his time in the service. He was stationed at Seymore Johnson, Hickam, and Dover Air Force Bases. He was most recently employed by IGT as a technician. He enjoyed spending time reading his favorite books, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and writing. In the warm months, he enjoyed visiting different theme parks, with his family.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of three years, Rea Williams of the Philippines; his daughters, Traci Carroll, Heather Williams, and Bea Mendoza; his sons, Matthew Mendoza, and Ram Mendoza; his brothers, Lonnie Williams, Eddie Williams, and Scott Williams; his sister, Ricky Rachelle Bates; his three grandchildren, Chelsea Livingston, Graciela Carroll, and Arya Carroll.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 24, 2023, at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, Delaware. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will be held at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
