Sara Jane Logan

DOVER - Sara Jane Logan passed away, Friday, April 13, 2018 at home.
Sara was born Feb. 20, 1943 in Harrisburg, Pa. to the late Louis A. Logan and Catherine Turpin Logan.
She was a sales person for a shoe company in downtown Harrisburg for many years. Sara was involved in the Mission Classes on Wednesday nights at the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Dover, before becoming a member of Capitol City Church of Christ. She was a New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys fan. Sara enjoyed reading, especially her Bible, and walking on the beach.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Edward Ronald Marriott, Jr.; and step-son, Matthew Thomas.
She is survived by her children, Peggy Wolstein (Jeff) of Butte, Mont., Karen Marriott of Dover and Michael Marriott (Chris) of Greenbackville, Va.; sister, Regina Heagy (Walter) of Highspire, Pa.; brother, William Logan (Margaret) also from Highspire, Pa., and loved by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 9 a.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Capitol City Church of Christ, 86 W. Lebanon Rd., Dover, DE 19901.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to The American Diabetes Assoc., 100 West 10th Street, Suite 1002, Wilmington, DE 19801.
