GREENSBORO, Md. - Sandra "Sandy" Stubbs McMillan, 68, of Greensboro, Md. passed away on Dec. 31, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Loran McMillan; son, Mark Bilbrough; daughter, Tina Bilbrough; brother, Ronald Stubbs; sisters, Janice Haines, Phyllis Harris and Dortha Lee Collison; and two grandsons, Jakob and Logan Bilbrough. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 6 2014 in the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, Greensboro where the family will receive relatives and friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
