MILFORD - Sandra L. "Sandie" Moczulski passed away at Christiana Hospital on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016. She was born in Saxis, Va., daughter of the late Jessie Miles and Stella Larcombe Miles. She was a computer Programmer for the State of Delaware Del DOT. She was chairperson for the membership for the Milford VFW Post 6483 Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics and sewing. Her son, Jerry Phillips, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Edward Moczulski; three children, Kelly Dean, Nadja Lane and husband, Guy, Michael Moczulski and wife, Nicole; also two brothers, Gene Austin and Jesse Miles; six grandchildren, Alicia Allen, Seth McGaugh, Tristian and Chandler Dean, Tristan Lane and Miles Moczulski; and one great-grandchild, Caden Allen; and a sister-in-law Nadja McKay. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Aug. 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., in the chapel of Berry Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, on Thursday evening for a viewing. Friends may also call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Friday at the Milford Funeral Home Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Milford VFW POST 6483 Ladies Auxiliary, 77 Veterans Circle, Milford, DE 19963.
