Milford - Samuel A. Wylie passed away on Sat., Oct. 8, 2016 at Bayhealth Medical Center in Milford. Celebration of Life service will be held on Fri., Oct.14, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 600 North Church Street, Milford, DE. 19963 with visitation two hours prior to the service; a public viewing will also take place on Thurs., Oct. 13,2016 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations for the "Sam Wylie Scholarship" to Woodbridge School District at 16359 Sussex Hwy.
