DOVER - Sadie R. Horn-Marker, born Aug. 6, 1929, passed peacefully at her home on Nov. 9, 2011. Sadie was preceded in death by her husband, Riley B. Marker. She was one of the twin daughters of the late Howard and Ella Mae Horn, and mother of the late Thomas and William Angstadt. Born and raised in Harrington, Del., she lived her adult years in the Camden and Dover area. Sadie is survived by three children, her daughter, Charlene A. Chappell, two sons, David C. Angstadt and his wife Elaine, son Frank M. Angstadt, who was his beloved mother's caretaker during her illness, and two step-daughters, Catherine Spencer and Constance Riggi. She is also survived by her loving twin sister, Esther H. Krueger and her husband Richard Sr., niece Rebecca and nephew Richard Jr., several grandchildren, great-grand children, nieces and nephews. Services were held privately for family in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 910 Walker Road, Dover, Delaware, 19904-2759.
