New Castle - Ruth Kinsey passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015. Mrs. Kinsey was born on Dec. 8, 1925. She was the daughter of the late William and Clara (Golt) Garrett. Mrs. Kinsey was a 1943 graduate of John Bassett Moore High School in Smyrna, Del. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry L. Kinsey in 2004 and her son Dwayne K. Kinsey in 2012. Mrs. Kinsey is survive by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22 at the chapel at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2200 N.
