MILLSBORO - Ruth Clements Lingo, age 81, of Millsboro, died on Sunday, Dec. 12, at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, surrounded by her loving family. She is also survived by five sons, Ted Lingo, Ray Lingo, Jim Lingo and his Carolyn, Jay Lingo and wife, Kathy, and Joe Lingo and wife Terri; two sisters, Margaret Ann Jones, and Ethel Mayhew and husband Skip; ten grandchildren; and many extended family members and special friends. Friends may call on Wednesday evening, Dec. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 16 at 1 p.m., at Grace United Methodist Church, at Church and Morris Streets in Millsboro. Friends may also call one-hour prior at the Church. The Rev. Ed Kuhling will officiate. Interment will follow at Millsboro Cemetery.
