Ruth Bergquist Wright, 92 MOUNT PLEASANT - Ruth Bergquist Wright, of Mount Pleasant, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 15, 2008. She was 92. Born on Feb. 10, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Anna (Olson) Bergquist. Mrs. Wright was a graduate of Wilmington High School, class of 1934. She worked for the DuPont Company as secretary to the Comptroller. Mrs. Wright was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Wilmington, the Jean Birch MOT Senior Center, Middletown and the Westminster Guild. She attended Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Middletown and enjoyed playing the piano and organ and singing in the choir. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W. Kenneth Wright; a step-son, William K. Wright Jr.; a sister, Evelyn Bergquist and a beloved cousin, Marion Carlson. She is survived by two step-daughters, Nancy E. Wright and Marilyn E. Wright, both of Mt. Pleasant. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, in the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, DE, where family and friends may visit from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Chesapeake City, Md.
