Russell E. Kelly, 81 SELBYVILLE - Russell E. Kelly, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. He was 81. Russell is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Hilda (Brown) Kelly; two sons, Russell Wayne Kelly of Orchard Park, N.Y. and Michael E. Kelly (Tina) of Vermont; and his brother, Raymond Kelly of Warrington, PA.
