Russell Carl Delosier, 50 LINCOLN - Russell Carl Delosier, 50, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Wichita, Kan., the son of Russell C. Delosier, Jr. and Dorothy Arlene (Gold) Delosier. He worked at Procter and Gamble in Dover for 18 years and then at L.D. Caulk in Milford for 5 years as a Chemical Compounder. He also had a lawncare service known as Git R Dun Lawn Service. He was a member of Lincoln United Methodist Church, the Milford Elks Lodge # 2401, the Mens Auxiliary of the Blue Hen V.F.W. Post # 6483 of Milford, was an 18 year staff member of the June Jam and a founding member of the Clam Jam Benefit Committee. Russell was certified in Hazardous Materials for over 20 years, enjoyed fishing and NASCAR and loved watching his boys play baseball. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Michelle Lyn Delosier; two sons, Chase Delosier and Robby Delosier, both at home; his parents, Russell C. Delosier, Jr. and Dorothy Arlene Delosier of Milford; a sister, Susan Kay Holston and her husband Gary of Milford; a sister-in-law, Robin Jackson and her husband Rusty; and nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Holston, Nathan Jackson, Kyle Jackson, Haley Jackson, and Leslie Ann Jackson. Friends called from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday evening, March 13, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, and again from 1 to 2 p.m., Sunday, March 14. Services were 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial following in Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to either June Jam, P.O. Box 287, Woodside, DE 19980; or to the Clam Jam Benefit Committee 7313 Marshall Street, Lincoln, DE 19960.
