OCEAN VIEW - Rose Osaula, passed away Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, in Rockland Place Assisted Living in Wilmington. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, in 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Singh, of Newton, N.J.; two grandchildren, Christopher and Lisa Cooper, of Newton, N.J. A graveside service was 12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at St. George's Cemetery in Clarksville. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Ocean View.
