DOVER - Ronald Heath passed this life Thursday Feb. 22, 2018. He was born in Exmore, Va. to the late Scarborough Collins and Anne Heath.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mildred Heath of Dover; children, Loriann White, Juanita Fagans (James), Algerie Seward, Patricia Reddick, Oscar Peterson, Tiffancy Parrish and Willie C. Major; four children he raised as his own, Tyree Lockett, Gregory Lockett (Thais), Darryl Blackwell and Tyera Blackwell; extended family and friends.
