Roger Wayne Failing, 56

DOVER - Roger Wayne Failing, of Dover, died Sunday, March 23, 2008, in his home. He was 56.

Mr. Failing was born June 6, 1951, in Dover, to Edna Courtney Failing and the late Spencer Failing Sr.

Mr. Failing worked for 1st State Signs as a signmaker.

He enjoyed fishing, swimming and shopping at Spence's Bazaar in Dover.

Mr. Failing is survived by his mother, Edna Failing of Bradenton, Fla.; his son, Kurt Failing; his daughter, Stacey Bennett of Ashtabula, Ohio; his two brothers, Kenneth Failing and his wife Patricia of Palmetto, Fla., and Spencer Failing of Felton; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be private.
