Milligan, 77 LAUREL - Roberta Lee Bennett Milligan died Thursday, August 2, 2012, at her residence. Born in Mardela Springs, Md. she was the daughter of the late Florence Magee and Harold Bennett, she was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Francis Milligan in April of 2012; and a daughter, Carolyn Ann Milligan in 1981. She is survived by a son, Ronald E Milligan and wife Florie of Harrington, Del.; two daughters, Christina J. Milligan of Seaford and Susan L. Scott and husband Roy of Seaford; a sister, Barbara Dietert of Salisbury, Md.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, August, 8, 2012, in Watson Yates Funeral Home; Front and King Streets, Seaford, Del. where friends may call 12 to 2 p.m. prior to services. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford, Del.
