Robert Lee Reed Jr.

BRIDGEVILLE - Robert Lee (Rob) Reed Jr. passed away peacefully on Aug. 31, 2017, after several years of battling cancer.
Rob worked as a foreman for New River Electric for 15 years.
He enjoyed dirt racing at local tracks, NASCAR, fishing, camping trips, and weekend bonfires surrounded by family and friends. He also enjoyed working in the garage building and fabricating many intricate projects, while jamming to Grateful Dead. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by many.
He is survived by his wife, Frances (Frannie); son, Cole; and daughter, Amanda Moss; grandchildren, Gabriel and McKenna Moss, of Bridgeville; mother, Sharon Reed; father, Robert Lee Reed Sr.; and step mother, Stella Reed; grandparents, Lee and Delores Reed, and Frank and Laura Betts, all whom reside in Greenwood; brother, Shelby Reed of Denton, Md.; sisters, Michelle Messick of Felton, Sherry Feltz of Milton; along with beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephews.
The celebration of life will be held Friday, Sept. 8, 2017, at Jimmy's Grille Banquet Hall at 6 p.m., bonfire to follow in the comfort of their home.
In lieu of flowers, donate to American Cancer Society and or Delaware Hospice.
Arrangements handled by Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
