EARLVILLE, Md. - Robert L. "Big Bob" Smith of Earleville was taken from us suddenly, on Saturday, March 3, 2007, due to a vehicle accident near Middletown. He was 25.
Bobby enjoyed fishing, landscaping, cooking and was an avid Eagles fan. He loved just being with friends and family.
Bobby was employed by Letica Corp.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Robert Capel of Chestertown, Md., and Earl and Ruth Ivory of Townsend; his maternal grandfather, Reese R. Johnson also of Townsend.
Bobby is survived by his parents Gene and Terri Smith of Earleville; a sister, who was his best friend, Stacey Smith; his maternal grandmother, Lorraine Johnson of Townsend; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Jean Smith of Middletown; a great-grandmother, Mary Capel of Chestertown; his aunt and godmother, Kathy "Sissy" Smith of Middletown; two uncles, Randy Johnson and Michael Smith; as well as several cousins and many, many dear friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Daniels and Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, where family and friends may call Friday from 7-9 p.m.
