ROCKVILLE, Md. - Robert H. Brunelle of Rockville died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007, in the Suburban Hospital in Bethesda. He was 76.
Born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., Mr. Brunelle was the son of the late George H. Brunelle and Mary Amelia Parrotte Brunelle.
His wife, F. Anne Beaven Brunelle, died June 12, 2006.
He graduated from the Mount Assumption Institute in Plattsburgh and did his master's degree work at the University of North Carolina.
Mr. Brunelle worked with computers for the National Institute of Health in Bethesda from 1959 until he retired in the late 1990s.
He was involved with computer research and technology.
He also sang in the Hometown USA Chorus in Rockville.
Mr. Brunelle is survived by two sons, Robert M. Brunelle and Gary S. Brunelle, both of Rockville; and two sisters, Janet Kisler of Silver Spring and Terry Jensen of Plattsburgh.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Hillsboro.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Moore Funeral Home, P.A., 12 S. Second St., Denton.
The interment will follow in the St. Paul's Cemetery at the church.
Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, One North Charles Street, Suite 234, Baltimore, MD 21201.
