HARRINGTON - Robert Charles "Bob" "Bob.O" "Bobby" Falkenheimer passed away peacefully on Friday, June 8, 2018 at home. Bob was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. the son of Dorothy Mohr-Remus and the late Raymond J. Falkenheimer.
He worked as a landscaper for Cerillo Nursery in Harrington for many years before becoming ill. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzle books. Bob loved sports. He was a devout New York Giants football fan as well as an avid New York Yankees fan. What Bob enjoyed the most and was one of their biggest fans, was listening to the music group "KISS". He attended their concerts, was an avid collector of memorabilia and had his room adorned with everything that was "KISS". Most important to Bob was spending time and doting on his granddaughter Joyce, who completely lit up his world.
He is survived by his daughters, Stacey Johnson and Ashley Culver; his grandchildren, Storm, Savannah, Joyce, Jordan and Kaylee; his mother, Dorothy Mohr-Remus; his three sisters, Karen Mohr, Linda Riddle (Shawn), and Nancy Weatherspoon; and one brother, Carlos Weatherspoon; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, 50 Commerce Street, Harrington. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, 50 Commerce Street, Harrington, DE 19952 to help defray the expenses. Letters of condolence may be sent and shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com
