FELTON - Robert C. "Bobby" Larrimore Sr. of Felton died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, in his home. He was 75.
He was born in Centreville, Md., to the late Charles E. Sr. and Ethel Larrimore.
Mr. Larrimore was a livestock dealer for over 40 years, buying and selling hogs, and retired in 1994.
At one time, he owned the world champion horse, Believe This Gal.
Mr. Larrimore enjoyed fox hunting and owned many fox hounds over the years.
He belonged to the U.S. Trotting Association, the Delaware Standardbred Owners Association and the Harrington Moose.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Larrimore Jr.; and his first wife, Mary Jane Larrimore.
He is survived by a son, Robert Larrimore of Felton; his daughters, Sharon Eaton of Queen Anne's, Md., Terri Larrimore and Shelly Hollingsworth, both of Denton, Md., and Robin Larrimore of Los Angeles; a sister, Ellen Hadaway of Georgia; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and his ex-wife and best friend who took care of him in his last days, Mary Ann Larrimore.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Highway, Harrington, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Centreville Cemetery.
