MILFORD - Ricky Alan Waters was called home peacefully to be with the Lord on July 17, 2018 after a short illness.
Ricky leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted wife of 22 years, Sandra Piper-Waters of Milford; two sons, Andre Waters and Jordan Waters; one daughter, Ke'Yonna Waters all of Milford; one grandson, Zion Waters of Milford; mother, Mattie Waters, of Ellendale; two sisters, Mattie (Pastor Ben) Fulton of Georgetown, Delores (Wayne) Williams of Lincoln; six brothers, Elverna (Lillie Mae) Waters of Lincoln, Michael Waters of Palm Beach, Fla., Lionel Waters of Seaford, Henry (Shirley) Teagle Sr. of Princess Anne, Md., Robert Teagle Sr. of Rochester, N.Y., John Teagle Sr. of Seaford; mother-in-law, Martha Piper of Ellendale, brother and sister-in-laws, Willie (Linda) Vines of Laurel, Md., Mary Roberson of Greenville, N.C., Barbara (Jack) Adams of Lancaster, S.C., Shirley Davis of Bowie, Md., Shirley Piper of Ellendale, Francine Piper of Milton, and Darlene Piper of Harrington; God brother and sister, John and Arlene Belfield of Lincoln; God children, Mariah, Kamrin, and Chanelle. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral services will be held 2 p.m.Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Mt. Zion AME Church, 18211 Beach Highway, Ellendale with a viewing 2 hours prior.
