Richard W. Kelley, 73 DOVER - Richard W. Kelley, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2010, in Christiana Hospital, Newark. He was 73. Born November 23, 1936, he was the son of the late Fannie Kelley Clayborne. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Veterans Cemetery, Bear. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
