Richard G. Wiley

GEORGETOWN - Richard G. Wiley passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 at his home. Richard was born in Milford, the son of the late Edward and Emma Phillips Wiley. He was a mechanic for Wright's Auto Parts for 25 years, then he was a self-empolyed mechanic until his retirement in 1998. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Wiley in 2003; a son, Robert Wiley; and daughter, Kathy LeCates. He is survived by his children, Donald Wiley, Rita Bonneville and husband, Kenny, all of Georgetown, Roy Wiley and wife Michelle of Ellendale and Richard L. Wiley of Delmar; sister, Doris Walls and husband Wheeler of Alabama; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Ellendale Fire Hall, Ellendale. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Georgetown, DE.
