MILLSBORO - Rhyspa Timmons McCabe, of Millsboro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 91. She is survived by her son, Darryl C. McCabe and his wife Deanna; daughter, Lisa O'Neal and her husband Ron; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; her lifelong best friend, Blanche Hitchens; and devoted caregiver, Rebecca Horace. A funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Millsboro, where friends and family may call after 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Millsboro Cemetery.
