Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Rd., Dover, DE 19901. Attendance is by invitation only. First public viewing will be held at 5 – 7 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021. Second public viewing will be held at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 with celebration of life to follow. In the interest of public health, the wearing of masks and the practice of social distancing will be enforced. Interment in Saint Daniels United Methodist Church Cemetery, Barclay, Md.
