MILFORD - Rene Martinez - Vasquez, 15, of Milford, died suddenly on Monday, June 2, 2014. Rene was born in Reston, Va. the son of Estela Martinez - Romualdo and Rene Martinez - Velazquez. He was a student at Milford Central Academy. He enjoyed playing video games and spending quality time with his family. He was a fun loving young man who helped everyone out. He will be truly missed. He is survived by his mother, Estela Martinez - Romualdo, of Milford; his father, Rene Martinez - Velazquez, of Frederica; three sisters, Mireya Martinez, Danae Martinez and Galilea Martinez; his maternal grandmother, Cecilia Romualdo; his paternal grandparents, Francisco Martinez and Francisca Velazquez. A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Avenue, Milford. Another viewing will be held at the church from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford.
