MILLSBORO - Raymond Vincent "Vince" Radish, Sr, age 88, of Millsboro, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Vince was born in Millsboro. He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Gertrude "Trudy" Radish on May 6, 2011. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Emma McCabe; and parents, Raymond M. Radish and Sara Ruth Radish. He is survived by five children, Janice L. Irvin, Michael L. Radish, Robert (Wanda) Radish, Vincent (Pat) Radish, Jr. and Ruth (Steve) Horsey; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Long Neck chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Pastor Norman Poultney will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Millsboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Hickory Hill UMC, c/o Roy Rogers, 28209 Walt Carmean Lane, Millsboro, DE 19966.
