DOVER - Raymond Leo passed away peacefully on June 13, 2015. Raymond was born July 5, 1939 in Cape-Haitien Haiti to the late Joseph Leo and Cricena Pierre. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home located at 717 W. Division St., Dover. Interment will be in the Barretts Chapel Cemetery, located in Frederica Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
