SEAFORD - Raymond G. Bryan of Seaford passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at his home. He was 66.
He was the son of the late Raymond and Lulu Dukes Bryan.
Mr. Bryan was a self-employed carpenter and was known as a master woodworker.
He loved NASCAR, woodworking and adored his grandchildren.
Mr. Bryan proudly served in the Army National Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Reese Bryan; a sister, Elva Daniels; wife, Betty Bryan and her daughter, Mary Boone Horner.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, MaryAnn Bryan of Seaford; a daughter, Michelle Boone; son -in-law, Sal Carannante; a stepson, Paul Boone; stepdaughters, Delores King, Polly McAllister and Jeany Lucas; brothers, Norris and Gene Bryan of Seaford; sisters, Debbie Long of Seaford and Francis Peek of Berlin, Md.; grandchildren, Luigi Carannante, Michael Carannante and Mary Beth Boone, all of Seaford; one great-grandchild, Lisa Boone; seven step-grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West St., Laurel, where friends may call one hour prior.
Internment will be held in Blades Cemetery. The Rev. Dave Kiser will officiate.
