HARRINGTON - Phillip A. Rowan, Jr. passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at home in Harrington on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013. A service will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening, Oct. 15, 2013 at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be private. On line condolences may be sent to www.daniels-hutchison.com
