HARRINGTON - Pauline Zvolanek of Harrington died Monday, Dec. 11, 2006, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 84.

Mrs. Zvolanek was born in Frederica, daughter of the late Herman Alfred and Clara Bennett.

She worked at the Ace Dress Factory, Harrington. She fell in love with and later married a machinist that worked there. She became a homemaker until her husband's death. She then worked as a child sitter. Helping watch the Wetherhold's son Jeffrey for 10 years.

Mrs. Zvolanek was a kind woman. She was always generous and good natured and will be sorely missed by her friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Charles Anthony Zvolanek; and a son, Charles E. Zvolanek.

She is survived by a cousin and his wife, Reynolds and Nola Bright; and a niece, Martha Gooden.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
