SALISBURY, Md. - Pauline Agnes Burns, 83 of Salisbury, Md. died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, in the home of her youngest son.
Born in Marcus Hook, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Samuel Evans and Anna Novak Evans Martinac.
Mrs. Burns" home and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, were the love of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Burns; two sisters, Mary Hearn and Catherine Schmidt; and four brothers, Samuel, Nicholas, Phillip and Joseph Evans.
She is survived by four children and their spouses, Betty and Jim Piver of Ocala, Fla., Jack "Chuck" and Evelyn Burns of Clayton, Curt E. and Carol Burns of Smyrna and Terry and Linda Burns of Salisbury, Md.; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Anna Clawson of Wilmington, and Teresa Sink of Florida.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m., Monday in the Holloway Funeral Home, PA, Salisbury.
Friends may call Monday from 5-7 p.m.
The Rev. Robert Carpenter will officiate.
Interment will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday in Lawn Croft Cemetery in Linwood, Pa.
