NEWARK - Patricia E. McDaniels, of Newark, passed away on Feb. 28, 2009. She was 69. Born in Richmond, Va., she was the daughter of the late Eugene C. and Madeline Berry Grim. Patricia was a retired Real Estate Agent and worked at American Signature Furniture. Patricia is survived by her children, Glen R. of Estes Park, Colo., Gregory A. and his wife Donna of Smyrna, and Carole Webber and her husband Tom of Newark; grandchildren, Lena, Jeremy, Jasmin, Tara, Alexandra, Tanya, and Alicia; great-grandchildren, Trinity, and Katherine; siblings, Stephen C. Grim of Valentine, Va., Eugene C. Grim of Hudson, Fla., and Janet Schaeffer of Olympia, Wash. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Gregory A. McDaniels Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at 7 p.m. Friday, March 6, at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Hwy., Newark. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Newark Manor, 254 W. Main St., Newark, DE 19711.
