Pamela Jaye 'Pam' Mason, 48

FEDERALSBURG, Md. - Pamela Jaye "Pam" Mason of Federalsburg died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006, in University Medical Center in Baltimore. She was 48.

Mrs. Mason was born Sept. 3, 1958, in Easton, daughter of Mildred A. Fletcher and the late Douglas Clarke.

She worked for 20 years at Maryland Plastics in Federalsburg.

She enjoyed crocheting and dearly loved her grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife and friend.

Mrs. Mason attended the Church of God of Prophecy, Federalsburg.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three grandsons, Michael Batson, Malik Batson and Isiaah Batson.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred A. Fletcher of Federalsburg; her husband, Herman Mason; two daughters and a son-in-law, Tomeco Fletcher-Batson and Paxton Batson Sr., and Tanisha Fletcher, all of Federalsburg; three grandsons, Paxton Batson Jr., Jordan Ricketts and Jeremiah Ricketts; three brothers and three sons-in-law, Leonard and May Rudolph of Harrington, Wayne Albert and Darnell Fletcher of Jersey City, N.J., and Stephen Andre and Sabine Fletcher of North Carolina; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Angela Annette Fletcher of Federalsburg and Malinda Marshall and Joe Wilcox of Preston; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Framptom Funeral Home, Federalsburg.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in the Union United Methodist Church, Federalsburg, where friends may call one hour earlier. Pastor Wanda Lake will officiate.

Burial will be in Federal Hill Cemetery, Federalsburg.
