DOVER - Nancy Louise Kelly, formerly of Dover, DE passed away on Friday, March 7, 2014. Mrs. Kelly was born Jan. 27, 1945 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Havens. Nancy worked at Kirby and Holloway Restaurant in Dover for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Palmer; her second husband, Richard Kelly; and her sons, Larry and Bobby. She is survived by her sister, Joyce Hutton and her husband Gary of Middletown, DE; two brothers, Pete Havens and his wife Louise of Dover and Bill Havens and his wife Donna of New Castle, DE; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 12 pm in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna.
