DOVER - Michael "Mike" Muller 75, passed away Thursday Nov. 6, 2014, his wife by his side, after a short illness, at Bayhealth/KGH. Mike was born in Modesto, CA., to the late William & Nila (Banfill) Muller. At 16, he moved to Albany, NY, with his family. At 19 enlisted in the USAF serving his country for 12 years as an Aircraft Mechanic stationed in N.Y., CA., Hawaii and finally Dover, DE. After that he owned and operated Muller's Exxon across from DAFB for 8 years. He then began his second life and true love of woodworking & jewelry making, which he and his wife did for many years traveling in their RV doing craft shows across the Country. After selling that business, he began working for the State of Delaware with Fleet Services retiring in 2010. He then worked part-time for Hertrich Capital driving the courtesy shuttle & transporting vehicles. He left them only a few months prior to his passing. He also enjoyed computers, NASCAR, BBQing for his family & friends and tinkering around the house "McGyvering". Mike is survived by his wife of 53 years, Julie, a son, Kevin of Dover & a daughter Michelle (Mickie) of Tucson, AZ. You will always be loved & missed very much.
