Melvin G. Zimmerman, 94 LONG NECK - Melvin G. Zimmerman, of Long Neck, formerly of Baltimore, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, in the Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. He was 94. He was born in Elysburg, Pa., son of the late Emmanuel and Hannah Zimmerman. He was a retired piano and organ salesman. Melvin was as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army at the Long Neck Food Lion and formerly worked as a security guard for Tunnell Companies in Long Neck. He is survived by his sister, Pauline Bodman; nephew, Robert Bodman; caregivers and special friends, Joan Ruggiano and Verona Healey. Services will be private. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Long Neck.
