Mattie D. Miller WYOMING - Mattie D. Miller was born April 19, 1941 to Dan A. and Malinda (Miller) Yoder. She died July 26, 2023, age 82 years, 3 months and 7 days. Mattie was preceded in death by her first husband Eli H. Miller, second husband John H. Miller, parents Dan and Malinda Yoder, three sisters, one infant sister, one brother, one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, two infant grandsons, two granddaughters and one stepson. She leaves behind 12 children Henry (Clara Byler) Dover, DE; Barbara (David Nissley) Mondovi, WI; Ida Mae (Melvin Mast) Oblong, IL; John (Lisa Byler) NY; Malinda (Ervin Nissley, Jr.) Belle Rive, IL; Effie Beachy Smyrna, DE; Esther (Henry Mast) Wyoming, DE; Ervin (Betsy Byler) Dover, DE; Martha (Danny Nissley) Durand, WI; Mary Kathryn (Sam Miller) Vevay, IN; Ruth (Tim Byler) Monte Vista, CO; Eli Jr. (Susan Miller) Dover, DE; two brothers, Calvin Yoder (Rosa), John Yoder, three sisters Mary Miller (Andy), Linda Miller (Henry) and Sadie Byler, one sister-in-law Ida Mae Yoder, three brothers-in-law Alva Beachy, David Troyer and Yost Miller, 75 grandchildren, (4 in heaven), 150 great grandchildren, 10 step children, 141 step great grandchildren. She touched many lives with cards, letters and her special joy was making baby quilts for her grandchildren Her kindness reached many hearts and will be missed by all. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming. Viewing will be on Friday, July 28, 2023 at the residence of Eli H. Miller, 378 Sharon Hill Road, Dover, DE. Service will be 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Davy Miller residence, 277 Sharon Hill Road, Dover. Interment will be in Amish Cemetery, Route 8, Dover, DE.
