Matthew James 'Matt' Faulkner, 2 MILFORD - Matthew James "Matt" Faulkner, of Milford, died Friday, August 1, 2008, in the A.I. DuPont Hospital. He was 2. Born April 3, 2006 in Dover, the son of Shannon and Chris Faulkner. In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by his brothers, Chase D. and Jakob L. Faulkner; sisters, Taylor J. and Autumn K. Faulkner; maternal grandmother, Joy Eisenhower of Smyrna; paternal grandparents, Donna Anthony of Farmington and George Faulkner of Harrington; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were Wednesday Aug. 6, 2008 in Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington. Instead of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to CareSearch.org or the Bone Marrow Unit Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, 1600 Rockland Rd., P.O. Box 269, Wilmington DE 19899.
