SEAFORD - Matthew Graham, 31, of Seaford passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He was born March 26, 1985 in Salisbury, Md. He attended Seaford High School. Matthew was a kind, loyal and loving person. He loved kids and he always wanted to have fun. He fought a long and hard battle and will always be our hero. Matthew is survived by daughter, Mackenzie Graham; his mother, Connie Graham and boyfriend Chris Waller; his three sisters, Erin Parsons and boyfriend Chris Waldridge, Amber Parsons and Sherri Parsons; niece, Raegan LeCates; aunt, Sara Johnson; girlfriend, Heather Dennis; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who he adored. Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rodney and Sharon Graham of Salisbury; and uncle, Rodney Graham, Jr., Florida. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Cranston funeral home to help offset funeral cost. Thank you.
