FREDERICA - Mary (Maureen) Stiller of Frederica passed away, Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Milford Hospital.
Mrs. Stiller was born March 25, 1945 in New Rochelle, New York to the late Thomas McCulloch and Kathleen McGuigan McCulloch. She moved to Delaware in 2000 from Mamaroneck, New York where she had lived since 1969.
She graduated from Saint Gabriel High School and Westchester Community College where she was a member of Alpha Beta Gamma. Mrs. Stiller was also a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Dover.
Being a wife, mother and grandmother was the most important thing in her life. She enjoyed traveling, genealogy, reading and crafts.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Leslie Paul Stiller of Frederica; children, Douglas Stiller and his wife, Janet, of Yorktown Heights, NY, Patricia Hermance and her husband, Christopher, of Camden, DE and Donald Stiller and his wife, Anmarie, of Magnolia, DE; grandchildren, Caroline and Blake Hermance, Ellie Stiller and Nicholas Stiller; and many longtime friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2023 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Dover. Friends may call from 6-8 Thursday evening at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation, 1301 Heritage Rd., Dover AFB, DE 19902 or to a charity of your choice.
