Mary Marie Wright, 86
LAUREL - Mary Marie Wright of Laurel died Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, in Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 86.
Mrs. Wright was born in Salisbury, Md., daughter of the late Wilmer and Alvirta Adkins.
She retired as a cosmetologist operating her business the Marie Wright"s Beauty Salon in her home.
Mrs. Wright will also be remembered for owning a dress shop in Delmar.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis Wright, in 1983; and a son Gregory Wright.
She is survived by three daughters, Tanya Smart of Laurel, Karen Noyes of Calif. and Angela Price of North Carolina; six grandchildren, including Lindsey Smart and Shannon Smart, both of Laurel; and three great-grandchildren.
A service of remembrance will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West St., Laurel.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice Southern Division, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
