Dover - Mary Helen Kirby passed away Oct. 9, 2016 at Westminster Village Health Center, Dover. She was born on Jun. 19, 1925 in Mullens W.Va., daughter of the late Robert and Ruby (Fleeman) Kirby. Mary was a home economist for American Electric Power. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Shomo, of Dover; nephews, Robert Kirby, III, of Wilmington, Stephen Kirby, of W.Va., David Kirby, of W.Va. and Ronald Shomo, II, of Pa.; nieces, Kimberly Wilson, of N.C. and Nannette Wright, of Dover.
