Mary Frances Luff

(Woodward) Luff, 93 DENTON, Md. - Mary Frances (Woodward) Luff, 93, of Denton, Md. passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Easton Memorial Hospital. She was born on November 7, 1920 to the late Jerome Merritt Woodward and Sarah McKnatt Woodward. Her husband, John Ray Luff, Jr. died in 1980. Mrs. Luff was a homemaker on a farm between Denton and Ridgely for many years and had recently resided at the Homestead Manor Assisted Living in Denton. She is survived by five children, Sharon Rae Watson of Seaford, Larry Francis Luff of Lincoln, John R. Luff, III of Greenwood, Marsha (Marcy) Renee Luff Sharp of Milford, and Jay Ross Luff of Delmar; sister, Betty Woodward Pleasanton of Magnolia; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service for Mrs. Luff will 2 p.m., October 1, 2014 at the Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, Maryland. To offer condolences to the family please visit www.fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
